- Can I order an out of stock item? 

Yes. You can contact us at info@cerenkorsal.com and place a special order on our products. 

- How long does the shipping take for special orders? 

It takes approximately 20 to 25 days as our products are made in Turkey and shipping can take some time. 

 - What is the fabric content on the cushions? 

Cushion cover fabrics are 60% Arcylic and 40% Polyester. 

- How to choose the right size cushion insert? 

If you are looking for plump, filled out cushions, you should always get an insert that is a little bigger. For a 70x70cm (27.5x27.5 inches) cushion cover, 71x71cm (28x28 inches) insert would be the right size. 

 -  How do I care for my Jewellery:

  • Please put your jewellery on after you apply body lotions, perfume or hairspray.
  • Do not use chemicals to clean them.
  • Clean with a damp cloth, wipe the pieces gently, and dry completely with a soft cloth.
  • Do not sleep with your jewellery on.
  • Remove jewellery before doing household chores.
  • Do not wear your jewellery while swimming, sunbathing or in the shower.
  • Store your jewellery in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
  • Metals used in some of the jewellery is; Zamak is a family of alloys with a base metal of zinc and alloying elements of aluminium, magnesium, and copper.

- What is your refund policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and strive to provide expert guidance to help you choose the best possible products for your needs. We also understand that sometimes a product just doesn’t quite fit. So we try to make product returns as painless as possible.

  • Our refund policy is 15 days.
  • If the product is damaged please take a picture and send it to us at info@cerenkorsal.com immediately. If the product is not up to your satisfaction also please email us and we will send you the refund details and shipping address. Please do not ship it back to Turkey as it will cost more for you.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable. Customers are responsible for round-trip shipping on returned products. If you received free shipping upon purchase, we will subtract the actual cost of outbound shipping from your refund.
  • Unless otherwise noted in the product description, returned items must be in new and unused condition in original, pristine, unopened packaging.
  • Your item was carefully packaged to protect it from damage in transit. If you are repackaging an item for return, please pack it exactly as received. Returned items damaged in transit due to improper packaging, are the customer's responsibility.

IMPORTANT EXCEPTIONS:
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

  • Special order and custom order items
  • Orders for more than one of the same item.
  • Items noted on our website and/or labeled on the package as non-returnable due to health and sanitary reasons, for example, personal items, towels, bedding and bed accessories, items that are worn next to the skin.
